The carton contains 30 bases of 140g mini pincers divided into 3 bases per pack, making a total of 10 packs.

Dimensions 18x27cm, packed in ATM, total weight 4200gr. The product is fresh and can be stored in the fridge or freezer. Season it as you like and bake it for 4/5 minutes with your favourite filling at 220° in a home oven! The packaging and the shape are very practical to use at home!

The original Pinsa Romana made with a mix of wheat, soya and rice flours. A light product of the highest quality, crunchy outside and soft inside. Made by hand. Slightly thinner than normal pinsas, great for all occasions!

Pinsa Romana is in fact a traditional Roman dish. From the outside, for those who don't know it, it may look like an oval, fragrant focaccia. Instead, it has its own recipe: a mix of certified flours containing soy flour, wheat flour, rice flour and sourdough; it is produced in the total absence of preservatives. Our pinsa is rigorously hand-rolled to guarantee the quality of the product and is handcrafted in all its phases, remaining at a high and constant standard. The dough is light (leavened 72 hours), fragrant and highly digestible. It contains more water than a normal pizza and remains fragrant even when cooked in the oven at home. Storage of bases in ATM (protective atmosphere), carton of 30 bases divided into 10 practical packs. Season to taste and bake in the oven for 5 minutes at around 200°/220°. Ideal for a quick and tasty dinner without sacrificing quality! Easy to prepare, absolutely try the Apetitus artisan pina base!

Fresh delivery: If you are in the Rome area, you can pick up your fresh produce at our shop in Piazza Imola 1, 00182 within 24 hours of ordering online. If you are in the national territory, order from Monday to Wednesday to receive your high quality fresh products. For orders from Thursday to Sunday, the order is processed on Monday and dispatched the following day at the latest.Overseas orders containing fresh products are shipped on Monday of the week.
