The pinsa romana base is finally also gluten-free! Ideal for coeliacs, vegans and vegetarians, it contains quinoa and vegetable fibres, is gum-free and lactose-free. Dimensions 35 x 20 in ATM package. Season it as you like and bake it for 4/5 minutes with your favourite filling at 220° in a home oven!

Nutritional values per 100 g: energy 230 Kcal/ 967 KJ, carbohydrates 37.3 g of which sugars 0.4g, protein 3 g, fibre 8 g, fat 5.9 g of which saturated 0.7g, sodium 0.98g.
Storage time and method: 30 days, store in the fridge at 2 + 4°.
Gluten-free pinsa romana bases are free of gums, such as Guar or Xanthan, usually contained in gluten-free products.
It contains no deglutinated wheat, no lactose and no added sugar. It is a product rich in protein and fibre, designed for coeliacs and athletes.
It contains quinoa, the main ingredient in the mix, which, as well as being rich in protein and fibre, also contains minerals, iron and essential amino acids. With a low glycemic index, it is also suitable for vegans/vegetarians.
Fresh delivery: If you are in the Rome area, you can pick up your fresh produce at our shop in Piazza Imola, 24 hours after ordering online. If you are in the national territory, order from Monday to Wednesday to receive your high quality fresh produce. For orders from Thursday to Sunday, the order is processed on Monday and dispatched the following day at the latest.Overseas orders containing fresh products are shipped on Monday of the week.

Le pinse senza glutine sono molto buone e morbide, quasi non si sente la differenza con le altre. Ne ho comprate 4 x mio figlio, ma hanno una scadenza più o meno di un mese. Ci vorrebbe quasi che fossero sottovuoto x poterne fare più scorta.
