The company that produces the OROBIO pasta after years of studies and experiments, has produced the “OROBIO” pasta, organic and without mycotoxins, obtained exclusively from 100% ITALIAN DURUM WHEAT semolina grown in Puglia and Basilicata according to the methods of the Organic Agriculture, regulated at Community level by the EC Reg. 834/07 and by the EC Reg. 889/08. The grains used come from the fields of their own farm and from some selected organic farms in the area. Of primary importance are the varieties of wheat, the production techniques and the methods of storage. Three stages mark the production process. The grinding of the wheat takes place in an organic mill and is entirely controlled. Following is the analysis of the semolina which certifies the absence of mycotoxins, toxic and carcinogenic mold products for the human organism and responsible for gastro-intestinal inflammations.
