The meat and milk used for the cheeses come exclusively from Italy and the products are processed by hand according to traditional recipes. Let's see who the producers are...

La Casara Roncolato, the cheeses:

Casara Roncolato was founded around 1920 in the hills of Roncà, near Verona, in a place called Brenton. For generations, with enthusiasm and passion, they have been producing interesting varieties of cheese, maintaining the old production and maturing recipes of the past.

The cheeses are made with milk coming exclusively from the Italian territory, then refined and matured in selected cellars, where they acquire their typical aroma, which determines their genuine authenticity. For almost a century Casara Roncolato has been the careful custodian of that precious art, which has been able to hand down products marked by an authentic and genuine typicality.

Salumificio Bazza, salami with simple ingredients:

Salumificio Bazza is a guarantee of integrity, quality and purity of meat. It is synonymous with guarantee and genuineness, using only meat from Italian pigs bred in the territory, raised naturally through a healthy and correct diet, and subjected to health checks in accordance with regulations. One of the founding principles is the reduction of preservatives, or their total absence where possible. Bazza chooses the best cuts of meat, seasoning with selected spices and preserving in salt. The seasoning process is carried out with great care in every detail: continuous checks and constant attention to the product mean that the Bazza charcuterie factory is an expression of Italian excellence in the world of charcuterie.

Bontà di Fiore, traditional Abruzzo salami

Bontà di fiore collects the heritage of family recipes and local tradition, transforming them into typical excellences with the aim of enhancing and making known to the world the specialities of Abruzzo's culinary art.

All Bontà di Fiore products are made with care, using traditional family recipes and exclusively Italian meat. The knowledge of good raw materials is essential to obtain a quality product. In addition, all Bontà di Fiore salamis are gluten-free. Bontà di fiore is well known for La Ventricina d'Abruzzo, the typical salami of the region, was awarded in 2013 as "Best Salami" and "Best Spicy Salami" and is a slow food presidium.
