Paolo di Stefano's company was founded in 1986 when, together with his sons Enzo, Benvenuto and Settimio, he started a small family-run artisan pastry workshop in Raffadali (near Agrigento), which in Arabic means 'excellent village'.
Since then, the company has been committed to still making unique panettone, cream and dove products, following the recipes of the oldest Italian and Sicilian confectionery traditions, using only genuine and carefully selected ingredients.
Each stage of preparation is carried out with care and strictly by hand: from mixing the ingredients to packaging. The Di Stefano company brings to the Italian tables every year handmade panettone c akes without preservatives, without emulsifiers, only with high quality ingredients.

Federico Di Iorio: Campania's confectionery tradition since 1750.
Di Iorio is a historic company from Campania that has been producing artisan sweets for generations. Founded as a torronificio (nougat factory), it has specialised over the years in various traditional Campanian confectionery products, making typical Campanian sweets known not only throughout Italy, but also throughout Europe.
At the beginning of the 20th century, Fiorentino Di Iorio was the first to start the art of leavening, looking for only the best flours to feed his sourdough starter. From that moment on, Di Iorio carried on a confectionery tradition of handmade panettone cakes that we still enjoy today.
Hand-kneaded panettone cakes, with only genuine Italian ingredients and, above all, made exclusively with natural yeast created from the fermentation of water and flour.
